Shipping Options (Domestic Orders)
We provide USPS First-Class (3-4 business day transit time). There are other delivery alternatives for Priority, and expedited transportation options.

** Nature’s Gift Essentials is unable to guarantee the shipping time for expedited shipping choices because USPS has discontinued its expedited shipping arrival guarantees as a result of the Covid-19 impact.**


Processing Time for Orders
We ask that you give us up to 7 business days to process your purchase. All orders handled after 5pm CT will be regarded as orders for the following business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. After 5 p.m. CT on Friday, orders will continue to be processed the following business day.)

Shipping International Orders
For customers shipping locally and internationally, we provide USPS first-class and USPS Priority Mail, respectively. When checking out on our website, you may have access to more shipping options.

Rules for International Customs
Any tariffs or taxes that may be due are the responsibility of the buyer. We don't compute or take money from you for taxes or duties. Checking and adhering to local and national laws, regulations, and policies in the receiving country is the buyer's obligation. The buyer is responsible for finding out what possible duties or tariffs will be at the time of delivery as well as whether the Customs Department will allow the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is rejected by customs or by you because of rules, taxes, or fees, we will not issue a refund for the shipping costs.

Inaccurate Shipping Information
The cost of redelivery will be responsible by the customer if a shipment is returned to Nature’s Gift Essentials LLC because the customer provided an erroneous or incomplete shipping address, the customer was not home for delivery, or the product was kept longer than allowed at a pick-up site. No refunds will be given if any sections of the address are incorrect; Nature’s Gift is not liable for products delivered improperly or lost as a result of inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

No changes or cancellations can be made to an order after it has been entered.

For orders that have been delivered to the address specified in an order, there will be no refunds, exchanges, or credits given.

Loss or Theft of Packages
Loss or theft of packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address provided for an order are not the responsibility of Nature’s Gift Essentials LLC. In response to a request, Nature’s Gift will confirm delivery to the specified address, the day of delivery, the status of the package, and the shipping company for the client to review.

The customer is responsible for inputting their shipping information accurately. For any inquiries regarding the delivery, kindly get in touch with the carrier. Provide the carrier with your tracking number so they can use it to help with the inquiry.

Missing or Damaged Products
It is possible for goods to move while in transit and for the package to show signs of wear from the carrier's handling. As soon as your package reaches its destination, please inspect it. When an item arrives damaged, please create a ticket, attach photos of the damage, and provide any other details that will help us support your claim. We will be happy to help.

From the date of the initial shipment, Nature’s Gift Essentials reserves the right to reship any claimed missing or damaged items.

In order to guarantee a proper outcome, all missing and damaged claim submissions must be made within 10 days, accompanied with visual evidence (highly recommended).

Items unavailable
All of our products should be readily available for shipping right away, is our goal. Some of our products may go on backorder due to their widespread use and strong demand. If this circumstance arises, we will take all required actions to notify you as soon as possible. All of the things that are still in stock will be sent out, and those that aren't will receive shop credit.
